HR and AP requests live as SharePoint Lists on this site. IT requests route straight to Pact-One Pulse, the portal we already use to manage your systems.

Everything here lives in Blue Sage's Microsoft 365 tenant.

The lists below are ordinary SharePoint Lists, list permissions decide who sees HR versus AP detail, no third-party database and no per-agent licensing.
